San Marcos Villagers Say They Are Tired of Neglect

Villagers say that they will no longer tolerate neglect and call on the powers that be to give them what they say rightfully belongs to them.

“We now as youths have to get up.  We can’t make other man from big rich man they just come and buy land and they just keep neglecting us. That has to stop. We have to put a stop at it. We as a youth have to come out strong and fight for this piece of land. That is what we are doing at this moment here. That is my position. We need to fight for it.”
