Arrest made in carwash murder
A 19-year old has been arrested and charged with the murder of his fellow carwasher. 19-year old Errol Garnett of a Waight Street address has been charged with the murder of Leroy McKoy. According to eyewitness accounts, the men were involved in a verbal confrontation Thursday afternoon. Shortly after the argument McKoy was washing a pickup when it is alleged Garnett picked up a two by four and hit McKoy in the back of the head. McKoy was rushed to the KHMH but died there on Saturday afternoon.
