The launch included the input of P.U.P. women across the country, as well as standard bearers and area representatives. Caribbean Shores area rep Kareem Musa committed to championing three main areas of the plan in his constituency.

“Three key areas of the seven point plan that I will advocate for in Caribbean Shores are creation of job opportunities for women; increase access to land and housing for women; promote women in science, technology, engineering and Mathematics education. Also, the PUP is putting forward a bold plan Belize to place the family at the center of its vision, strategy and action. It is not every day that we hear of a political party focusing on the family as the basis of our national development. This is the kind of plan that I will work tirelessly to fulfill.”

The P.U.P. has already unveiled its platforms on education and agriculture.
