Four Charged for Supermarket Robbery in Bullet Tree
Police have arrested and charged four men in connection with a robbery that happened in Bullet Tree Village over a month ago. We reported that armed thieves wearing face masks targeted Twenty-Eight Supermarket on Bullet Tree Road in San Ignacio on the night of August third. We got an update from the police today about the charges.

“Reference a robbery that had occurred at a Chinese store in Bullet Tree sometime about a month ago, police have since arrested and charged Edon Zamora, Tyrick Traylon; Nathaniel Betancourt and Andrew Paredez all jointly for the crime of robbery. It was on a Friday afternoon that four armed, clear complexion persons entered the store and as a result the proprietor was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money and his nine millimeter pistol. The men are from the Santa Elena area.”
