Home Invasion in Placencia

There was an aggravated burglar over the weekend in Placencia. Police say an armed man held up a woman at her home around ten on Saturday morning. He robbed her and then made good his escape.

“Police were called to the home of Miss Kay Westby who reported to the police that sometime around nine-fifty a.m., she had returned from the shop along with the groceries she had bought and as she entered her premises she was followed by a slim, dark male person…where the person then ransacked her home and stole an amount of items before leaving. Police are seeking one suspect in relation to this investigation.”
