Tortilla Factory Robbed on the Island!

A tortilla factory in San Pedro Town was the target of an armed robbery on Saturday.  Two men, of who was armed, held up the proprietor with a gun.  Police say that are questioning one man in connection with the incident.

“There was a robbery at La Familia Tortilla Factory in the DFC area of San Pedro Town. The proprietor reported that he was inside the tortilla factory when two male persons entered; one was armed with a firearm and demanded money. They then stole a hundred and ten dollars that was in the store at the time and then they made good their escape. Both persons left the area on bicycles. The information we have is that they are from the island and one person is in custody for questioning.”
