Nat’l Security Ministry Makes Recommendations for Persons Found Culpable

From the standpoint of the Ministry of National Security, recommendations will be made in respect of persons in the B.D.F. chain of command who may be held responsible and will be charged for failing to carry out their respective duties on that fateful February night.
