Two Persons of Interest in the Landing of Suspected Drug Plane

There are two persons of interest in connection with the landing of the suspected drug plane and they are in police custody. Commissioner Chester Williams says that they are interviewing the individuals and gathering the evidence that may connect them to the illegal landing of the aircraft on Sunday which was found buried in the Shipyard area.

“Our investigation into that matter continues. We have detained two persons of interest. We are in the process of interviewing them and trying to gather whatever evidence we can and when we have done so the file will be sent to the D.P.P. for advice on the matter.”
