Two vehicles stolen in Belize City

The police may be taking guns and drugs off the streets but over the weekend, city jackers were busy taking cars off the street. On Saturday, two unsuspecting Belize City women lost their Toyota vehicles in separate incidents. 21-year old Gracilia Kuylen reported to police that early Saturday evening she parked her maroon Toyota Camry in front of BTL park but when she came back to the car, it was gone. A few hours later, 39-year old Juliet Usher parked her Toyota van in front of the City Centre as she went in to watch the Miss “Y” pageant, but when she emerged, it was no where to be found. At news time, both cars have yet to be recovered.
