“I will encourage the voters to take care of themselves. When yo wear yo mask the right way, when yo keep yo social distance, yo noh di do it for government, yo noh di do it fi police; yo di do it for yourself. Wah coffin is anywhere between eight hundred to two thousand dollars. Yo noh deserve fi di invest yet. Please take care of yourself. Practice good hygiene.”

 

Earlier in the day aspiring candidate, Dr Louis Zabaneh accompanied by the required six persons was duly nominated. It is Zabaneh’s first bid at general elections in Dangriga. And veteran politician Rodwell Ferguson shared his joy after meeting the requirements to make another bid for the Stann Creek West constituency.
