P.U.P. Unveils 2020 Manifesto

With all thirty-one candidates officially nominated for the November eleventh elections, the People United Party today launched its True Blu Plan entitled, “Everybody Fi Win.”  The party that hopes to win the general elections is committing to bold ideas to grow the economy, improve healthcare, free access to education and provide land to first time owners.  Central to the P.U.P. blueprint is the massive creation of jobs through a stimulus package.  The document was presented by the candidates and the P.U.P. leader John Briceño at an event at the Biltmore Plaza this morning.  Here is Hipolito Novelo with a report.

“This is not about building bridges and building. It is about building people. It is about listening to people, hearing their concerns, feeling their pain, their blighted hope, seeing is what is left when hope unborn had died. It is about dirt road, the no road, the mud flow, the broken down windows. It is about sleeping on wet floors and breathing sick air. It is about people having crocodiles for neighbors and while next door the government build a twenty five million dollars building. It is about prioritizing the people who need our help the most, about ensuring no charge is drops out of school because their parents can’t afford to pay the fees. It’s about ensuring that no one is living in a house not fit for animals, about ensuring that no one is dying prematurely from diabetes or hypertension. It is about ensuring that no one is turned away from the K.H.M.H. because they can’t pay, about ensuring that our people have the option to create their jobs, about children no longer being forced to build a shack in their parent’s yard.
