A Guatemalan National is Killed in Santa Cruz

There was a gruesome murder overnight in the southern community of Santa Cruz where a Guatemalan national was found with multiple chop wounds to the body this morning.  Sometime around 7:20 a.m., officers in the village showed up at a block factory in the New Site area where they observed the lifeless body of twenty-six-year-old Humberto Ramos.  The caretaker and security guard was discovered inside a small building at his place of work.  According to police investigation, Ramos was last seen alive on Wednesday evening around six o’clock.  This morning when his co-workers showed up at their jobsite, they made the grisly discovery and alerted the police.  A criminal investigation into this incident continues.
