Was Roger Blanco the Intended Target?

Today, ACP Joseph Myvett of the National Crimes Investigation Branch says that they are looking for one man in connection with this fatal shooting in Dangriga. Myvett told reporters that investigators are unable to say whether Roger Blanco was the target of the shooting, considering he was in the company of another man when the gunman attacked. ACP Myvett outlines what police found at the scene after they were called out to the Back-a-town area on Thursday night.

“Upon the police visiting the area, they were led to a specific bushy area where they observed the lifeless body of twenty-one-year-old Roger Blanco. What the police know so far is that Roger Blanco was in the company of another male person walking in that area when they were followed by two dark complexion male person and when they reached that area they were fired upon and they ran in separate directions whilst the other male person came back and check and found Roger Blanco motionless. The police are carrying out an investigation and are seeking a named suspect in relation to this incident.”
