3 more officers investigated in murder plot

There’s more bad news for the Police Department. News Five has learnt that the investigation into the recent murder of Hui Lin Chen from Orange Walk Town has taken even deeper root in the Police Department’s office of National Head of Crime Investigations. It is now known that at least three more officers, whose ranks range from Constable to Sergeant, have come under close scrutiny for their possible dealings in the contract hit on Ye Bao You but which instead ended in the murder of Hui Lin Chen. It is not yet certain whether all three will be charged in connection with the Chen murder, or whether one may be used against the other for evidence. Following the March 14th murder, former police officer, Kevin “Cowboy Alvarez,” was charged with murder and this past Tuesday Constable Manuel Hill, was arraigned for Abetment to Commit Murder in the Belmopan Magistrate’s Court. The cops claim they have evidence linking Hill to the hit, through phone intercepts. The alleged mastermind behind the hit has been identified as a Mr. Lou of Belmopan.
