Jazz concert at House of Culture

If you’re a fan of jazz, you’re in for a rare treat this Friday Night. The House of Culture is inviting you to a night of Jazz featuring the musical talents of six artists, Frank Rhys on keyboard and tenor sax, Luciano Rosado on trumpet, Carlos Perrote on Drums and Keyboard, Mark Phillips on guitar and Christopher Bradshaw on tenor sax. News Five spoke with bass player Jason Guerrero who is also the music coordinator for the House of Culture about what the public can expect.

“The music will be jazz music and will be featuring a number of different styles, from Brukdown to salsa, to samba and several different kinds of jazz music and traditional jazz as well. It’s a show that we invite everyone to come out and see and I’m sure you won’t regret it, anyone who comes to it.”

Tickets for Friday night’s show are available from the House of Culture or Cy’s Music for $25. The show begins at 8:00.
