Owen McFoy is shot on Orange Street
The shootings in the city continue unabated and tonight twenty-one year old Owen McFoy is recovering from a gunshot wound to the left forearm. McFoy says he was riding a bicycle on Orange Street at around nine on Monday morning when he noticed a man in Trench Alley. The man reportedly pulled out a shotgun and fired a single shot at McFoy, which found its mark in his left arm.
