Comedy presented at the Bliss

If you’re in the mood for a comedy, and a free one at that, The Stann Creek Ecumenical College Sixth Form Acting Company is giving an encore performance in Belize City of “Lend Me a Tenor” which ran for five nights in Dangriga. According to the Belize Arts Council, “Lend Me a Tenor” is a modern Belizean adaptation of a British bedroom farce and includes cases of mistaken identity, missing dead bodies and “sexy interludes.” The Arts Council is giving the show fantastic reviews saying “everyone who has seen it has loved it and you will too.” Ecumenical College performed “Sin” and “Sly Fox” last year. The show starts at 8:00pm Saturday at the Bliss Institute, and remember the show is free.
