“The U.D.P. neglected the entire country, but especially us in the north that we are so far from Belize City and Belmopan where the powers that be lived. And the previous area representative had no love and attention for Corozal and the U.D.P. leaders, including the candidate that now dares to run against Elvi. They should be ashamed, dehn supposed to di hide dehn faces because after the government has squandered over a billion dollars, apart from the taxes. This government, the U.D.P. spent over a billion dollars remember a year for almost thirteen years and look at what they did for Corozal District, look at what they did for Corozal town. Absolutely nothing!”
