Body Found in Shallow Grave Identified as Rafael Garrido

There was a sad ending on Monday for the loved ones of a man who had been missing since February third. Rafael Garrido’s remains were discovered in a shallow grave between miles fifty-one and fifty-two on the Hummingbird Highway.   While the family now has closure, they are asking looking for answers…and justice for Rafael.
