“What we are doing have that ripple effect all the way to the producers. Despite that, though, we are producing much more beans that we can produce. I keep floating this idea, this number that with the additional eight chocolate makers in the country of Belize, perhaps we are doing twenty-five metric tonnes per annum and Toledo alone has the capacity to produce up to a hundred metric tonnes. This is basically the subsistence cacao farmers and you also have several other growers, perhaps, ten of them that are doing a combined five hundred – six hundred acres. These are growers whose production will start this year and will increase over the next few years. So, we definitely have a lot of work to do in terms of marketing our cacao bean.”
