“Sometime around ten a.m. on the said date, he had departed his home en route to Punta Gorda to conduct businesses, leaving his caretaker behind guarding his home. Upon his arrival sometime around 12:30 p.m., he was met and accosted by three dark complexion male persons who were armed and wearing masks. As a result, himself and his worker were bound and they were asked for and demanded as well for monies. The home was ransacked, his licensed shotgun which was inside his vehicle was taken by those persons. After they left the area, he managed to free himself where he made his way to the chairman of the village who called the police who came in to conduct an investigation into the matter where the scene was processed. We are following several leads in respect to this investigation, but so far, no one has yet been detained.”
