Murder suspect turns himself in
Marlon Budd, who was being sought by police yesterday in connection with the murder of Oscar Perez over the weekend, has turned himself in. Budd is the sixth man police detained for questioning after twenty-six year old Oscar Perez was shot twice in front of his common law wife and his brother after the trio was chased through the streets of the city by a group of five men. Perez was shot once in his right eye and again in his chest. Despite the number of men detained, police have yet to make any arrests.
