Hospital employee claims supervisor broke his jaw
In every workplace, employers and employees may not get along all the time, but what happens when a disagreement gets physical? According to Guy Tillett, an employee for over eighteen years at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, right after he signed in to work this morning, he and his immediate supervisor got into a verbal confrontation. He alleged the supervisor then hit him, breaking his jaw. He admits his evaluation record isn’t the best but alleges the supervisor had a personal grudge against him.

“Well this morning I come to work late and I was signing the book and it look like he had it in for me a long time cause from I come back of a suspension he had it in for me. He point in my face and he say I assault him. And I no assault him. And I point back and so and then it look like he get annoyed and then he do me, he punch me. When I reach here, the doctors tell me my jaw is broke.”
Dr. John Waight, Acting Hospital Superintendent for the K.H.M.H. says Tillett has already handed in a letter of complaint about the matter and says the hospital will conduct its own investigation and will take the necessary actions. Guy Tillett has been admitted to the K.H.M.H.
