“Talk to us about the training that you guys have had to sustain particularly as it comes to COVID-19. We know that there are regulations in place. How did you guys actually prepare? Was it a challenge for you?”
Ashonti Carr, Track & Field Athlete
“It was definitely a challenge, but we overcome it. We trained every day, twice a day. We just did what we could do in this time.”
Ashanti Carr
“The main purpose as of now is to continue our studies at the University of Technology however we are on the track and field team. So we are just training and we have competition within this year and so hopefully we train by then and we reach on the track and get selected to go and compete.”
