Man stabbed in bar brawl
A fight in the Cayo District has resulted in one man being stabbed and two others arrested. According to police reports shortly after midnight on Saturday twenty-five year old Glenford Jones of Cotton Tree attempted to break up a fight between Matias Bolon and Phillip Myvette. In so doing he managed to get stabbed in the arm by Bolon with a knife belonging to Myvette. Bolon has been charged with wounding, disorderly conduct and dangerous harm while Myvette was charged with disorderly conduct and carrying a dagger. Jones was taken to Belmopan Hospital and later transferred to Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he remains in stable condition.
