Police get one hundred radios from Eisenberg family

The Belize Police Department announced today they have received the final shipment of a generous donation of communications equipment from Mr. and Mrs. Erwin D. Eisenberg. The Eisenbergs promised they would give the Ministry of National Security one hundred handheld radios almost a year ago and have been steadily supplying the department since then. In all, the department now has not only the one hundred radios, but the base sets, battery chargers, repeaters, antennas and everything else needed to create an efficient system. The Police Department extends their gratitude for the gift and says they intend to put them to good use, especially over the holiday season.
