Motive Unclear in Moody Murder
While Moody’s family believes the motive for his murder was robbery, police are thinking otherwise. Senior Superintendent Hilberto Romero says personal conflicts, or maybe even drugs, may have been factors.

“Investigations revealed that he was in a taxi car at Intelco Hill when he was ambushed by persons who fired several shots at him causing his fatal injuries. An investigation is being carried out. We are seeking on suspect in regard to this murder.”

“What was Mister Moody doing in this area? Do police believe that he was called back there for a taxi run?”

“We are not sure what he was doing there. The information is that he was ambushed in that area. But we are not sure what he was doing there.”

“He was targeted by persons he may have had a conflict with.”

“Was he involved in any sort of illicit activities, drug peddling perhaps?”

“We are looking at that at this time. But we are not there yet to determine what the exact motive of this murder is.”
