City Council tractor hits two year old
Another child also ran into traffic and was hit, this time by a tractor on Regent Street. Witnesses say two-year-old Sean Anderson ran away from his mother near the Commercial Centre and right into the path of a City Council tractor. The tractor knocked him down and rolled over his leg. The driver has been identified by police as thirty-nine year old Ignacio Lopez. Sean Anderson was admitted to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital News Five was unable to obtain an update on his condition.
