Marijuana Legalization to Level the Playing Field

“The whole point of this is to create structure and regulation and so, of course, the church’s perspective will be one that this will lead to moral decay.  But like I said, it already exists, it already exists.  I am not saying anything new and so, it’s just about putting in the proper formula that would see, like I said, the small man benefit because they are the ones that are in charge of the market, especially here in Belize City, to make sure that they are a part of it and of course that it is regulated so that government gets its fair share of tax revenue from the industry.”
