Taiwan Supports MFA Strengthening
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has received support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) as part of an initiative called “Strengthening of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Central American Countries.” Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, and Immigration, Eamon Courtenay received the funding from David Kuan-Chou Chien, Ambassador of Taiwan to Belize, at the M.F.A.’s headquarters in Belmopan. Minister Courtenay expressed his sincere appreciation for Taiwan’s assistance on this institutional strengthening project and highlighted Taiwan’s commitment to multilateralism collaboration towards post-pandemic recovery.
