Man hospitalized for gunshot to head
A young man is in the hospital with a bullet lodged in his skull after he was shot on Wednesday night. Twenty-three year old Mark Conorque was riding his bicycle on Vernon Street around nine thirty. As he approached Berger Field he heard someone call out, when he turned around he was shot in the head. He is in a stable condition at the Karl Heusner Memorial. So far police have not made any arrests.
