Some B.T.L. Employees are Still Working from Home
Despite an ongoing vaccination drive led by the management of the telecoms provider, quite a number of employees are still working from home on a rotation basis. According to C.E.O. Tesucum, everything is in place for them to be able to follow the guidelines, particularly when they are working from the office.
Ivan Tesecum, Chief Executive Officer, B.T.L.
“From when we were in this last year, we’ve gone into this work from home modality and so what that has allowed us is that with technology there are certain posts that are able to work from home. It’s what we call support or back end, so finance, HR, legal, that kind of stuff are able to work from home. But of course our frontline staff who are the customer service and the field service technician, they are the frontline. But we do have that in place. We also ensure that the staff are abiding by the six feet, the spacing requirements that are and we ensure that there is a rotation where some are working one week from home or two weeks from home and then they come back in and it’s on a rotation basis, to ensure that at the same time we are abiding by everything that is required.”
