Security Guard Robbed of $25K
This evening a security guard reported that he was held up and robbed of twenty-five thousand dollars in cash while on North Front Street in Belize City. Linsberg Diaz told police he was walking from the Northern Fisherman Cooperative building towards the pay office at the back of the compound when two men came up behind him. He says one pulled out a gun and the other grabbed the knapsack with the cash. They then ran off in the direction of Petticoat Alley.
