Teenager fatally stabbed in Cayo District
A quarrel between two teenagers in San Ignacio turned deadly early Sunday morning. Around one a.m. John Carlos Zetina and Guadelupe August, both age seventeen, were in a Chinese restaurant on Burns Avenue when Zetina reportedly stabbed August in the throat. August was brought to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he died around seven a.m. that same morning. Police have arrested and charged Zetina with murder.
