Rape reported in Belize City
A mechanic has been charged with burglary and rape. According to police, George Waight of a Mahogany Street Extension address was picked up after a twenty-eight year old Guatemalan domestic identified Waight as the man who entered her workplace and raped her. The incident is alleged to have taken place around midday on September thirteenth. According to the woman a dark complexion man knocked at the door and when she opened it, he dragged her into one of the bedrooms. She says he searched the closet and the room and then raped her.
