“Dangriga Police responded to the scene of a road traffic accident somewhere around miles nine on the Stann Creek Valley Road where they met and spoke to Michael Acosta who was on the scene. Also seen on the scene was a Hispanic descent male in the middle of the highway, apparently motionless. What Mister Acosta reported to police is that he was northbound coming out of Dangriga, when he saw this male person staggering in the middle of the highway going in the same direction that he was travelling in. In an effort to avoid hitting this person, he then moved more towards the left hand side of the road to which the person staggered into his motorbike and he unfortunately was knocked down by Mister Acosta.”
