Three hospitalized after collision with dump truck
On Tuesday an accident on the Western Highway claimed the life of Supreme Court Justice John Rivero. Earlier that day, however, there was another crash. Around eight o’clock in the morning fifty-year-old Harvey Logan had parked his dump truck on the right hand side of the road between miles nine and ten. Shortly afterward, seventy-seven year old Albert Young was driving in the same direction when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the dump truck. Six people were traveling with Young at the time and three were injured. Louis Lee, Paul Terry and Domingo Martinez were taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial. They are listed in serious but stable condition.
