Mysterious Disappearance of Geoffrey Crawford has Neighbors Fearing for His Life

Police are searching for Geoffrey Crawford, a resident of Mile thirty one the Phillip Goldson Highway. He is reported to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Police say sometime around seven a.m., a neighbor saw two men enter Crawford’s yard. That individual later assisted the men when they needed a jump start. However, as the two men drove off, Crawford was seen in the back of the Nissan Pathfinder with severe injuries to his face. We are told that the witness then called police . News Five spoke off camera to a relative of that witness. While police have not yet confirmed Crawford’s death, Marsha Jones says the severity of the injuries her cousin saw on Crawford’s face left him believing Crawford must be dead.

“Just this morning I get a phone call this morning that they kill Mr. Geoffrey this morning, and they took his Pathfinder vehicle, and they took his body. He nuh have no problem with nobody, he is a nice kind gentleman, nice. I don’t know why somebody would do something like that to this man. They nuh find his body or his vehicle as yet.”

“My dad called, because my cousin that was staying there saw when the person was leaving with the body. He told my dad and my dad call the police.”
