Granny says only God knows who killed Jackie Malic

The family of Jackie Malic says they are disturbed by the news that the police’s prime suspect is now a free man. Deonicia Cadle, Malic’s sixty six year old grandmother says she is not happy and wonders if the police really know who killed her granddaughter.

“My neighbor called me and told me that they released him because I was washing, you know. She called me and tell me that they release him. So I say like this, if so be the case it doesn’t make sense to report anything at station because what the policemen are doing? Their business is to dig up and find out well what is what. Because at that rate people would be killing up people and people’s lives would be going just like a bird. You see what I mean? I don’t think that that’s right.

Even the doctors said that well the evidence and so… Even the little girl said that that was the only somebody who stopped to pick them up that morning to drop them to school and now the man walk down the step.”

Q: “So the family still believes that Michael Williams killed Jackie Malic?”

“Well Miss only the good Lord could come down and say it’s him but you as your own self can’t judge that. Only the good Lord could come down and say that’s the person. But we really would want to know the killer. We really want to know that.”
