Moho River Bridge opens in Toledo
Residents of Barranco and Santa Ana Villages in the Toledo District have twice the reason to celebrate this week with the opening of a new bridge and a health center. On Friday August 13th, the Minister of Works Henry Canton and Area Representative Mike Espat cut the ribbon for the bridge which spans the Moho River. Villagers were hired for the construction work carried out at a cost of 1 point 2 million dollars. The Barranco Health Center was also inaugurated on Friday. It was built at a cost of thirty nine thousand dollars provided by the Basic Needs Trust Fund.
