“Precinct two visited KHMH where they saw the lifeless body of Ian Westby. Investigators gathered that on Sunday 17th, sometime around ten a.m. Westby was at a car wash with relatives when he was approached by a friend of his. They walked away, and a few minutes later Westby’s uncle was alerted that someone saw he slouched in the driver’s seat, with apparent gunshot injuries. He was rushed to the KHMH where he succumbed to his injuries. To be honest with you, this person is a person of interest that was last seen with him. We believe that he may have known his assailant.”
