P.G. youth charged with raping niece
An eighteen year old has been charged with raping his twelve year old niece. Reports are that Martin Chen, a laborer of Poppy Show Road in the Toledo District went by the minor’s house around eight Wednesday night. The girl was home alone while her mother had gone to church. Chen allegedly had sexual intercourse with the minor against her will and then fled. When the girl’s mother came home, she was told about the incident and the police were immediately informed. Chen has been remanded to Hattieville Prison.
