Sagicor Staff Celebrate Anniversary with Acts of Kindness

To celebrate its one hundred and eightieth anniversary, Sagicor financial services spent 2021 carrying out one hundred and eighty random acts of kindness across the Caribbean. According to a release from the company, representatives from their southern Caribbean region, including Belize, wanted to bring smiles to the faces of strangers and support numerous charities. In Belize, staff members conducted acts of kindness such as giving gifts to the Belize Cancer Society, offering support for Autism Awareness Month activities, and preparing turkey dinners for frontline workers at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. Sagicor says the regional effort was their way of giving back to the communities which helped the company to prosper for almost two hundred years.
