Current Chairman CSCPA Says A.G.M Illegal
We also heard from the Chairman of the C.S.C.P.A, Vladimir Puck. In their releases, the association urged members to, open quote, “stay at home and not get involved with such calling for them to participate at this A.G.M., as it is not legally decided by the present administration of the C.S.C.P.A.”, end quote.
On the phone: Vladimir Puck, Chairman, C.S.C.P.A
“To make something very clear, the last elections were held in 2019. And, the last AGM was 2019 the same date. So, it has been exercised. So, due to COVID, 2020 and 2021, those are the issues. There are dates set and months set for those things to occur.”

“If the government wasn’t obliging the C.S.C.P.A to hold an A.G.M this weekend, when would you all have scheduled one on your own?”
“Those are things we as a board decide, to call elections, and we have by laws which makes us autonomous, and those are things that needs to be considered before going to an A.G.M. There are various procedures. We need to provide our funders also of every November we are going to have. Ah mean, COVID as you heard last week, is something that is coming to a rise, and it is something very concerning. But, I am not using it as an excuse. Simply we are abiding by-bylaws and laws at the moment. It is very surprising that at this point in time anyone can apply for a special meeting for an organization which is private, and conduct one as such”

“Will you resist?”
On the phone: Vladimir Puk
“We need to not resist, but look at what the by-law states.”
Reporter
“Will a meeting be held or will you all not, because you think it is incompatible with what your bylaws say?”
On the phone: Vladimir Puk
“It is not that it is incompatible, it is the principles.”
