Guatemalans caught with stolen cattle
Four Guatemalans have been caught with a truck full of stolen goods and ammunition. According to San Ignacio Police Pedro Osorio, Jose Donado, Elda Moralez and Jose Rodriguez were heading for the Guatemalan border around seven o’clock last night when the Toyota Land Cruiser and Truck they were travelling in was stopped in the La Providencia area of the Cayo district and searched. Police reportedly found thirteen head of cattle in the truck and two firearms and ninety-three rounds of ammunition in the Land Cruiser. All four have been remanded pending an investigation and charges.
