Body of Sherilee Nicholas may be exhumed

Today, family members of Sherilee Nicholas and Jay Blades visited the police forensic lab where we understand they viewed items that were found with the remains discovered on Sunday on a feeder road by three and half miles on the western highway. Although police will not say at this point if the school bag, books and other personal items that were recovered belong to any of the two young girls both of whom disappeared late last year, tonight Dr. Mario Estradabran the police pathologist told News Five that there is a strong possibility they will need to exhume the remains in the grave of Sherilee Nicholas since there is some doubt about the identity of the body. Estradabran says that the schoolbag and uniform found Sunday, appears to be those of Sherilee Nicholas. There has been speculation that the remains found Sunday were those of nine year old Jay Blades since she is the only missing child who has not yet been found. The body of Jackie Malic was found in March. All three bodies were found in the same vicinity.
