Two more cases of indecent assault in Orange Walk

Two people were arrested and charged with indecent assault in separate incidents on Tuesday in the Orange Walk District. According to police the mother of a seven year old reported that her daughter was on the way home from school in Orange Walk Town when she met a neighbor. The fifteen year old boy allegedly took the girl into the cemetery where he took off her underwear and fondled her. He has been arrested.

In the other incident Orange Walk police reported that a fifteen year old was allegedly assaulted by her stepfather at their home in Trial Farm Village. According to the minor she was dragged into the house where her stepfather attempted to rape her. He was arrested and charged with indecent assault.
