Senator Courtenay Says More Than One Office to Be Repaired

Seeking to offer some clarity on repairs on the Prime Minister’s office, Eamon Courtenay, Senator for Government business said several offices, including the Cabinet room, are also within the office of the Prime Minister.

Right below that it marks contributions and subscriptions. And, as a former minister he knows that contribution subscriptions are what have to be paid by the government to international organizations. He knows that. But you hear ah, general administration dah weh that? We nuh know. But, it is some people could read and understand. Others could read and can’t understand. This brings me to the argument I had with his friend. The friend deh tell me that he smarter than me. I say, why you the say that. He say, I sih the man report card and the man got lotta A. Deh dah the only A from he report card. Senator Peyrefitte let me help you. When it comes to the Prime Ministers’ office, it is not the Prime Minister’s office alone that is being repaired. It is the Cabinet room. It is the bathroom that is being retrofitted. It is the foyer that is being retrofitted. It is most importantly the roof that is leaking. So when we talk about two hundred and fifty thousand and it gives the impression that it is in the Prime Minister’s office alone, it is not true.”
