Maya Artist Dies in Work Accident in Roaring Creek

The Mayan community and the employees of Belize Telecommunications Limited are mourning the death of one of their own following a mid-afternoon incident in Roaring Creek Village.  Edwin Sho lost his life around two-forty-five p.m., while installing internet at a church in the village.  Reports are that the B.T.L. technician fell to his death when a lamppost on which he was operating snapped in two. Police and paramedics were called out to the scene, but Sho was already dead.  Sho was well-known and friends are sharing his musical works, including a music video which he released in August of 2021, and their condolences, following his untimely death this evening in Roaring Creek Village.
