Hartin Case Adjourned Due to COVID

Jasmine Hartin

She was to appear in the San Pedro magistrate’s court this morning where further disclosure would have been handed over to her, but Jasmine Hartin was unable to attend the proceedings – and neither was her attorney. The Canadian national, who has been charged for the manslaughter of Superintendent Henry Jemmott, has contracted COVID and as a result, the session had to be adjourned to another date. But it appears that this notice was not shared with the family of the slain senior cop because disappointedly, after waiting almost an hour outside the court, they found out that the matter was adjourned. They left the court area, refusing to comment at this time.
